Well~~~Sat rowing test ...not e 1st few nor e last few ...so okok laaa ...one person row one boat 4 300m ...well if is 4 e last year me who jus join dragonboat ...i find that is crazy ...really crazy ...cos is jus too far n tired but now think of it ...but wad e senior said is true laa...really got such a test n jus a best timing ...i see it myself ...okok...anyway lost my water bottle ...18 dollar lei ...=.= sian need to waste money again ...zzz...maybe can take one from someone ...since got one volunteer wan get me one ...but different type of cow brand de which cos 8 dollar...haha ...maybe weird weird de ...haiya dono laaa...haha ...anyway i tp got stealer sia ...i should be lucky ...cos got 2 friend of mine get their bag steal ...n we dragonboater alway put bag tgt ...plus i late so my bag was at e outer one yet nvr kanna steal ...lucky ...but e from wad it was steal ...2 bag e very ex ...200 plus n 180 plus de ...inside got wallet hp ..n both bag r quite big ...so maybe mine is small de so nvr really get steal ...lucky ...but sad to them laa ...haiz ...so be careful maybe next one will get steal may be U ...WAHAHA....!!!! jkjk...n today ...have a better of getting use to row two set of 30min without stopping trainig le ...i hate it at 1st cos really super tired ...last time row one shot 2 km is hell le ...so i heard must row 30 min can faint lo...but today ...i getting hang of it ...not that tired le ...so is improvement man ...haha...n this few test coach keep on said good thing abt me ...but e more he said e more i scare ...really ...not that i hao lian laaa...but i really not gd abt e good one ...so my gd thing is ...i gd amount e bad one cos i smaller n lighter but my strength n fitness better den some of them...so coach keep on said gd abt me lo...but coach n ppl alway said compare with ppl better den u ...but now ...he keep on said gd compare with me with my friend ...not that they r lousy ...but my target was senior laa...not my year 1 de ...so well~~~ hope he don this moment happy with my performance ...next moment angry lo...n now ...i really really need alot more thing laaa...i need more strength ...more power ...more stamine ...more weight ...more muscle...more more more ...beside dragonboat thing ...i need more love , more care , more food , more money n more time ...ahhhh...i wan everything more ...result also more mark ...hope wad i wan more i can have ...wad i don hope more i wish don have ...a new year a new start ...i take that as my target n wish ba ...dono laaa ...today tok alot ...don tok le ....nites ...
